From Australia With Love

CONNECTING I
Don’t know why I even try,
my dreams are fading fast,
but still your touch I want so much
and all I do is cry.
I’d like to hold your hand again
and press it to my heart,
to feel sweet murmurs of bliss
once more,
before this Earth we part.

CONNECTING II
Don’t know why I even try,
my dreams are fading fast,
but still your touch I want so much
and all I do is cry.
I’ve never held you close to me
nor pressed into your heart;
this cyber love’s a cruel thing -
can words
true love impart?
