About the Author
Born in Flushing, New York, and the daughter of professional artists
who met in art school, I am an artist and art teacher. Since
my retirement in 1998, I have been teaching privately and writing, which
I love to do. I wrote my first poem at seven.

| I have had several short stories published, and quite a bit of poetry, mostly in small presses. I was included in the "Best Poems of 1998" anthology of the National Library of Poetry. |
